We will consistently meet or exceed customer demands with quality products, pricing, promotions and service. We will pro-actively work with manufactures to identify market changes and implement marketing strategies for growing business. We will serve the interest of our manufactures and their customers before ourselves.

Our Commitment

Each Account Manager for Connect Sales will work daily to perform the necessary selling and service activities to grow his market share. Our selling activities include.

  • Consistent customer calls with Independent and National account customers
  • Tow, Show & Demonstrations of products
  • Ongoing Factory training and education
  • Warehousing available
  • End user calls with rental customers sales representatives
  • Solve or eliminate service related issues while at the branch
  • Promotion of new products
  • Promotional planning with factory sales management
  • Entertainment of key decision makers
  • Open house participation
  • Annual trade show support (ARA, STAFDA, WOC)
